The GLF South Coast Guatemala chapter aims to promote forest landscape restoration in the Pacific lowlands of Guatemala and enable an exchange of experiences regionally and globally. It communicates activities of the South Coast Restoration Network and is an initiative of the Private Institute for Research on Climate Change (ICC), the National Forest Institute (INAB) and the International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO). The chapter is part of GLFx, the Global Landscapes Forum’s network of community-led chapters and online communities of practice (CoPs) to accelerate local action towards more sustainable landscapes.

Conozca a la semilla GLFx Costa Sur Guatemala, Guatemala
La semilla GLFx Costa Sur Guatemala tiene como objetivo promover la restauración del paisaje forestal en la vertiente del Pacífico de Guatemala y permite el intercambio de experiencias a nivel regional y mundial. Comunica las actividades de la Red de Restauración de la Costa Sur y es una iniciativa del Instituto Privado de Investigación sobre Cambio Climático (ICC), el Instituto Nacional de Bosques (INAB) y la Unión Internacional de Organizaciones de Investigación Forestal (IUFRO). La semilla es parte de GLFx, la red de semillas liderados por la comunidad y comunidades de práctica en línea (CoP) del Global Landscapes Forum (GLF, Foro Global de Paisajes en español) para acelerar la acción local hacia paisajes más sostenibles.
