Recorded live at the Global Landscape Forum technical and networking session Towards a sustainable landscape approach: New generation of integrated watershed management (IWM) programs for rural development, resilience and empowerment.
Bringing together representatives from governments, civil society, donors, and practitioners, this session presented the latest research and innovations of watershed managment. It used case studies from India, and East and West Africa to discuss how watershed managment programs can contribute to sustainable intensification of agricultural production, as well as improved food security, climate resiliance, poverty reducation, and better ecosystem services.
